Return Policy

If you’re not absolutely delighted with a SILKNY purchase, you can submit a request to return within 14 days of the delivery date by the following steps below:

NOTE: All items must be unworn with original tags attached and all return packages must be sent back within 7 days of Your Return Request.

  1. Log into your SILKNY account, go to “My Orders” and click on your order number.
  2. Click on the “Details/Return” button and select the product(s) that you would like to return.
  3. Type in the reason for your return and click the “Make a Return” button.
  4. Once your return request is received, you will receive via email a Return Notification
  5. Your return package can be dropped off at an authorized UPS Shipping Center or you can call UPS to schedule a pick up at your home or office. Visit www.ups.com to find the nearest UPS authorized drop off location. To contact UPS by phone, call 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877). For choosing SF Express for delivery, you need to pay the shipping charge.
  6. You will receive an email when your return has been received and your refund is being processed.
